Shipping policy

1. Processing

Once we recieve your order, please allow 5-7 business days for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from shipping times. After processing is completed, you will be sent a tracking number immediately, via email. Please note that most orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days, however, during periods of high demand (National Holidays, Black Friday Sales, etc.), please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. All orders placed on weekends or holidays do not begin processing until the following day.

2. Shipping

We currently only ship domestic. We ship all orders through USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. To ensure that your package will arrive at the time-frame that it is advertised to, please double-check that all of your information is correct as entered, and includes all required and relevant information that pertains to your order. Correct street numbers, appartment numbers, buildings, and abbreviations is crucial for ensuring you a smooth and timely delivery. Disruptive Nature Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses or misplaced packages of ANY KIND. Once a package has left our HQ facility and is in the hands of post office, we have no control over the package.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts for 7 days after the order had been delivered. Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we recieve the return/exchange item(s) at our HQ facility. For all returns/exchanges, please email our Customer Service Departmemt and we will gladly assist you. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) of issuance of the return label. All items are only exchangeable if unworn and in good conditioning. If, in the unfortunate event, that an item doesn't work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit.
